Information
There are only 2 doors in the Well for which the items MUST be obtained outside. The 2 doors in question are the very first 2, Blue Potion and 5 Magic Beans. All items for every other door can be found in the Well.
There are only 2 Big Poes in the entire game. One here in the the Well and the other in Dampe's Grave. The one in the Well is considerably faster unless you are getting Dampe's Bottle in the same cycle before completing the Well.

Room 14 has a lit torch. Use a Deku Stick from here to light torches to Mirror Shield (4) if you do not have Fire Arrows/Magic.
Route 1 (3 Bottles)
Bring: 5 Magic Beans, Fish, Big Poe, Milk.
Open Doors: 6, 10, 12, 13.
Route 2 (2 Bottles)
Bring: 5 Magic Beans, Fish, 10 Deku Nuts, 10 Bombs, Milk.
Open Doors: 6, 10, 7, 9, 12, 13.
Collect: Big Poe.
Route 3 (1 Bottle)
Bring: Blue Potion, 5 Magic Beans, 10 Deku Nuts, 10 Bombs.
Open Doors: 1, 2, 10, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13.
Collect: Fish (15), Fish (15), Hot Spring Water (9), Big Poe (11), Milk (19).
Route 4 (1 Bottle)
Bring: Blue Potion, 5 Magic Beans.
Open Doors: 1, 2, 3, 10, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13.
Collect: Fish (15), Spring Water (12), Bombs (7), Fish (15), Deku Nuts (14), Hot Spring Water (9), Big Poe (11), Milk (19).
Rooms
01) Fairy Fountain: You can catch fairies here.
02) Wallmaster: If you are in this area a Wallmaster will try to grab you from above. Watch for his shadow.
03) Wallmaster: If you are in this area a Wallmaster will try to grab you from above. Watch for his shadow.
04) Mirror Shield: Light the four torches and the chest will spawn.
05) Purple Rupee Chest: The chest is invisible so the Lens of Truth will reveal it's location. Watch out for the Fire Keese that fly above.
06) Bugs: This room is blocked by a web requiring either a lit Deku Stick or Fire Arrows to burn it down. Bugs can be found inside.
07) Bombs: This room is blocked by a web requiring either a lit Deku Stick or Fire Arrows to burn it down. The pots all contain a Bomb drop. Boes are also hidden within the pots.
08) This room is blocked by a web requiring either a lit Deku Stick or Fire Arrows to burn it down. A Skulltula blocks the door. Bugs can be found inside.
09) Hot Spring Water: This room is blocked by two Silver Eye Switches. A Dexihand guards the water.
10) Boes: This room has a line of pots on the right. The only thing in these pots are hidden Boes.
11) Big Poe: Run to the center of the room and the Big Poe will spawn. Watch out for the Blade Traps.
12) Fish/Spring Water: A pool of water with fish in it.
13) Purple Rupee Chest: Light all the torches to spawn the chest. Watch out for the Skulltulas above.
14) Deku Babas: Kill the Deku Babas for Deku Sticks and Nuts.
15) Fish/Spring Water: A pool of water with fish in it.
16) Fire Keese: This room contains Fire Keese that fly above.
17) Freezard: This room has a Freezard, Ice Keese, and Deku Babas. Spring Water can be collected here.
18) Wallmaster: If you are in this area a Wallmaster will try to grab you from above. Watch for his shadow.
19) Cow: Play Epona's Song to the Cow to recieve Milk.
20) Bugs: This room is blocked by a Silver Eye Switch. Bugs can be found inside.
